Cost of the talks
Prices and booking conditions displayed on the website supersede all those previously published including those on leaflets, and may be updated, changed or varied subsequently. Current leaflets have a year date on the reverse side. All enquirers should check our website where the costs will be up-to-date.
Travel expenses are charged at 45p per mile, calculated as a return journey from our bases in Worcestershire and Herefordshire. Any further costs encountered in travel (ie motorway tolls, car park fees) will also be chargeable.
How do we pay?
An invoice is provided beforehand and payment is preferred by bank transfer. Or payment can be made by cash or cheque. Details for all payments are on the invoice.
Suppose we have to cancel?
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the talks in the case of unexpected illness, extreme weather conditions, or hazardous/ insurmountable travel issues. In such cases, we will try to give as much notice as possible and re-schedule the booking.
Cancellation by a group for any reason (apart from those above) within 24 hours before the talk is due will incur the full cost. If possible, we will try to re-schedule the booking on a date suitable for the group.

We claim full ownership of our website content and it may not be republished without our consent. However, we are not responsible for republished content from our website on either blogs or other websites without our permission.
